I’m Victoria Taylor and I work with brands to Make People Matter so that they provide impactful and meaningful People, Customer, Employee and ultimately Brand Experiences.

You have to treat every person as though your brand won’t survive without them, because it won’t. People are the driving force of any successful business.

People Experience is where every brand needs to begin. It is where YOUR brand needs to begin. Your employees, your potential customers, your customers and even those people who never become your customers still have the ability to impact the success of your brand.
How you treat EVERY person, directly correlates to your brand not just surviving, but being significant to todays consumer.
It is not so easy to predict the “Lifetime Value” of a customer anymore. I’m not sure it ever was. You need to focus on the next moment a person has with you and then the moment after that and then the moment after that. It is continuous moments of excellence that build a strong relationship between brand and consumer.
